After an arduous Journey, Hon. Sunday Aghedo is still standing firm showing himself as a man tough enough fight for his mandate backed by the ever resilient people of Ovia South-west.
The Justice A.O Chijoke who led Edo State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal, voided the election of Hon. Destiny Enabulele as member representing Ovia South West Constituency at the State Assembly and accordingly declared the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the election, Hon. Sunday Aghedo as the rightful winner of the poll and this was also affirmed by the Appellate Court Holden in Abuja.
The certificate of return due Hon. Sunday Aghedo will be presented tomorrow at 9am in Benin City at the INEC Office.
