The Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh has said that the Ministry is ready to see the Nigeria team achieve a remarkable success at the upcoming 2024 Olympics in Paris.
The Minister, Senator John stated that the Nigerian team will be aiming for the Gold medal in the upcoming Olympics.
The Minister stated that,
“Like every area of human endeavor, we expect to build upon what we did at the last Olympics. After Atlanta 1996, the time has come for Nigeria to win at the very least, a gold medal at the Olympics,”
As preparations for the upcoming game intensifies, Nigeria is poised to showcase its athletic prowess on the global stage and leave a landmark at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Through intense planning, and determination, The Nigerian team aims to leave an remarkable and successful legacy of sporting excellence. While some athletes and sports are yet to be qualified for the upcoming Olympics, some others are still undergoing the qualification process and others have already began training and practice.
The 2024 Olympics game will take place in the French capital city of Paris, between July 26 and AUgust 11, 2024.
