FINAL CALL FOR ENTRIES

Nigeria Week London 2026 for Film Festival & Exhibition

Organised by SRTV Media Limited & Central Association of Nigerians in the UK (CANUK)

This is the final call for participation in the Nigeria Week London 2026 event (3rd – 9th August 2026, Hippodrome Theatre, London). We invite entries from the following categories:

  1. FILMMAKERS

Submit your film for screening consideration. We accept short films, documentaries, feature films, and animations that tell authentic Nigerian or African stories.

  1. FARMERS WITH PRODUCTS

Showcase your agricultural produce – fresh or processed – to an international audience. Opportunities for exhibition, tasting, and B2B networking.

  1. MINERALS & GEMS

Artisanal and commercial miners, gemstone dealers, and lapidarists: present Nigeria’s solid mineral wealth. Exhibitor spaces available.

  1. FOOD SECTOR ….Restaurateurs, caterers, packaged food producers, and chefs. Demo your signature dishes or sell directly to the London public.

 

  1. FASHION DESIGNERS

Traditional and contemporary fashion brands – garments, accessories, textiles. Runway slots and exhibition stands available.

 

  1. AWARD NOMINATIONS

Nominate an individual or organisation for recognition at the Nigeria Week London Awards. Categories include: Best Film, Best Farmer, Most Innovative Food Brand, Fashion Designer of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All entries must reach us no later than 15th May 2026.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

  • Category of entry
  • Brief description/supporting statement (max 300 words)
  • Relevant links or attachments (e.g., film screener, product images, portfolio, citation for award)

For film submissions only: Include a secure streaming link or downloadable file (MP4/MOV) along with synopsis, director’s name, and running time.

Award nomination fee: None (free to nominate). Shortlisted nominees will be notified by 30th June 2026.
